My computer is so slow

Slow computer is very painful experience for all computer users. I hat many facets within it. Sometime it can also produce some other consequences and error messages in the PC. Whenever a computer is slow there are many reasons behind this. One single factor never affects slow computer issue or makes it slow. Today I discuss about the factors that mostly cause the slow computer issue. Bunches of causes make your computer slow. Most of them are listed below.

Virus- Virus is first and foremost reason behind a slow computer. Virus not only generates slow PC issue but also produce more than a few such problems like freezing of a computer, blue screen of death, unexpected shutting down of a PC etc. Running a good antivirus program is the best solution on prima facie basis. Most of the time it works fine and remove the infected part of your computer. There may be certain occasions where an antivirus is ineffective. In such cases we need to remove a virus manually.

Spyware- Another cause behind Slow PC is a spyware. They are great in numbers and spread all over the computer. A good antispyware program can prevent any infection that can cause harm to your PC. So it is highly recommended to use a good antivirus program so that you may protect your PC.

Too many programs installed in the PC- Did you ever download installed and use a software program once or twice and forget about it. If countless programs particularly when you are not using them are installed in the PC they also form many problems such as occupying unnecessary space, and using CPU conflicting with each other etc. Uninstall if they are not wanted now.

Hardware fault or incompatible hardware- Any hardware fault can also cause Slow PC issue for you. If you are with hardware that is not compatible for the requirement of the application or an OS running on them, in such cases a PC becomes slow. Use the updated or at least it is required by the programs is running in the PC.

If windows Registry is damaged corrupted- Registry is central and vital part of any windows operating system. If a registry is despoiled it manufactures many problems in a PC. Slow PC is one of them. Apart from this if registry is not functioning well it also affects other regular functions and services of windows.

Badly Fragmented Hard Drive – If your hard drive is very fragmented it also affects your PC’s normal functionality and makes it slow. Defrag your drive after an interval.

Remnants of uninstalled programs- many times whenever you uninstall any program from your computer, some remnants of it remain there and they create many problems to your PC including slow computer.

Hard Drive getting full and too many internet temp and windows temp files- If many system dup and temporary files are stored in your PC that will affect the system for sure. Remove all of them and feel the difference.
